RETURNS POLICY

1) Customer has changed their mind.

Customers can return a product (not customised) within seven days of receipt of goods, as long as the product is returned 'as new condition' in the original packaging. Customers will receive a full refund less the original delivery cost (cost available on application). Returning goods; Customers have the right to return goods using their own carrier or alternatively we can arrange collection (cost available on application).

2) Damaged Goods.

Within seven days of receipt of goods; damaged goods can be returned for a full refund (if exchange not requested), we can arrange collection, alternatively the customer has the right to return the product (We will confirm address) in the original packaging. On return we will check all items for damage or being defective, and on confirmation, we will pay all appropriate costs.

Burton products offer a minimum of 2 years warranty in respect of materials and workmanship there are certain exceptions, these products are listed below. Please note - online shop product listing and product description pages the warranty for each individual product is displayed.
