Free Courier Delivery (small products)

Deliveries: - Monday to Friday, usual hours 8.30am to 17.30pm.  Please note Deliveries are to UK Mainland only. For deliver to other locations, please contact customer service to confirm additional cost.

Product will be sent by courier within 2 – 3 working days*.

Note:- somebody will need to be present at the delivery address to receive your order. If nobody is present, a note will be left with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection. For this reason you may find it convenient for the product to be delivered direct to your work address, or by prior arrangement, for a neighbour to accept on your behalf.

Free Delivery & Install

Safe installations lead time would be between 5 - 15 working days.

By our trained * installation safe crews based on ** Standard delivery conditions.

*Install  = bolting down safe via fixing holes located in the base or rear of safe. All Insurers recommend this method of securing.

Free Delivery & Positioning

Deliveries to a ground floor location (up to 2 steps on route) or via lift: - Monday to Friday, usual hours 8.30am to 17.30pm.  Please note Deliveries are to UK Mainland only. For deliver to other locations, please contact customer service to confirm additional cost. Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery conditions and proposed delivery day, based on ** Standard delivery conditions.

Delivery timescale between 5 - 10 working days.

Free kerside Delivery

Deliveries: - Monday to Friday, usual hours 8.30am to 17.30pm.  Please note Deliveries are to UK Mainland only. For deliver to other locations, please contact customer service to confirm additional cost.

Delivery timescale:-  Within 2 – 3 working days (if in stock).

Products dropped off at kerbside outside the property, customer will need to bring item into property.

SAFE INSTALLATIONS

Our crew’s have many years experience and have in the past worked for UK leading safe manufacturers. This key advantage allows more control over safe installations than other online competitors who outsource this specialist work.

For peace of mind and taking into account Health and Safety legislation,concerning the heavier safes we ensure on safe installations and deliveries of certain larger security cabinets that our trained safe crews deliver and install.

** Standard Delivery Conditions
Easy Access = (No steps, other than threshold up to 2 steps) and all obstructions being removed. Doorways en-route being at least 50mm higher and wider than the delivered item.

If installation is required and the site is not easy access or is via steps/stairs(no suitable lift), please email us and we will be pleased to quote you a price for your delivery.
